We call this step an internal reality assessment and it is administered through face-to-face interviews, surveys and/or focus groups. The assessment leads to the selection of ILS training and consulting services best suited to your company's current needs.
ILS training incorporates a variety of group learning experiences including large and small group discussions, teambuilding events and creativity-sparking activities. Group size is purposely kept small to encourage easy interaction and accommodate various learning styles. After completing your training, you'll be primed to return to your work environment rejuvenated and ready to implement your new strategies.
