Vince Gallucci

Vince Gallucci has spent the past nine years in a variety of leadership roles with high-profile organizations throughout Wisconsin. Vince came to Wisconsin as the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources for ProVantage Health Services in Milwaukee. Following the initial public offering (IPO) and sale of ProVantage to Merck/Merck Medco, Vince joined Lands' End as the Executive and General Manager of the business-to-business leader. In this role, Vince had complete responsibility for all creative direction, direct marketing, field and account management sales, inventory, operations and P&L duties supporting a division of nearly 1,000 employees.

Currently, Vince is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services for Affinity Health System (Affinity). In this role, he oversees all marketing, strategic planning, LEAN improvement initiatives, human resources, legal services and the Affinity Health Learning Center.

Vince works closely with Innovative Learning Strategies (ILS) on several projects to support development needs for Affinity, but also consults with ILS through his independent firm, Executive Resource Strategies, LLC with a dedicated focus on executive coaching and development.

Vince earned his bachelor's degree from Long Island University, New York, and a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut. Vince has also attained All But Dissertation (ABD) status in a doctorate degree in education from Kennedy Western University, Thousand Oaks, California.
