Ben Fauske

Ben is passionate about purposeful change, moving people forward in both their professional and personal lives.  His unique blend of skills, talents, and witty personality make it a fun and rewarding journey.  His values driven philosophy is critical in leader development, strategic planning, building relationships, and facilitating change.  With Ben's business savvy and knowledge of advanced change management techniques he is able to connect, hit the core issues, and lead people and organizations to new levels which in turn drive results.

Ben Fauske attended UWGB and graduated with a degree in Business and Computer Science.  He received his pastoral license from the Life Training Institute and is a Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the American Pacific University. 

Ben has spent the last 5 years of his career in organizational development focusing on the best practices in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.  As the Director of Organizational Development for a company based out of Montreal, Canada, he provided leadership to the training and development process of over 1200 employees throughout North America. 

Ben played Division I college golf and continues to play competitively.  He lives in Sherwood, WI and is married to Kristy and has four daughters (Madison, Anna, Sydney and Reese).   Kristy is a graduate of the Bellin College of Nursing.
