As Managing Director North America Inflight Operations she provided leadership and direction to over 20,000 employees. In the role of Corporate Learning Leader she built a training organization to facilitate change through engagement during the critical emergence from bankruptcy time period. Diane provided leadership for the transformation of inflight customer experience, developing and leading a clear service and delivery strategy for inflight service.
Diane is known for her ability to motivate employees to achieve results. Her expansive background includes significant experience with unionized work groups, organizational culture initiatives, and leading through the many challenges the industry has faced, including industry deregulation, ESOP, 9/11, bankruptcy and the integration of United with Continental.
